This section is a nucleus of the Institute and defines the intellectual ambience of the institute.

As an emerging research institute, the cell boosts of the individual and collaborative investigation of a wide range of independent, interdisciplinary, multi-disciplinary areas and translational research. The research cell of the institute has established its clasp in emerging fields such as Electrical Vehicles, 3D printing technology, Composite materials, Nano materials, Wireless network and Advanced Data Engineering.

The research work carried out in the institute is visible in various highly reputed indexing platforms such as Web of Science (SCIE & ESCI) and Scopus. This had lead to collaborations and research partnerships with a number of local and national organizations.

The institute supports the faculty members and research Scholars by providing mentoring and facilities, assisting in generating sponsored research and promoting collaboration to exploit all the trending research opportunities. The institute also encourages research by regularly organizing events like research seminars, international and national conferences.

The chief precedence of the research cell is to equip the next generation of engineers with sound knowledge, professional and ethical approach and emotional quotient to strive and excel in their workplace and to address the global challenges. Another prime focus of the research cell is to develop research network on thrust areas and societal needs.
